10 hours of work into the garment, 4 years of work into the story

Senior cords are custom hand-painted or decorated corduroy pants and skirts traditionally worn by American high school and college seniors, especially in the Midwest, from the early 1900s through the 1970s. Students personalized them with drawings, slogans, and symbols to showcase school spirit and individuality.

In this piece, Luke reads his favorite memories from his time at Carnegie Mellon.

Vintage pieces often fit differently than their original tag size due to natural shrinkage over time and different sizing standards. We measure each garment and label it according to men’s standard sizing, adding two sizes to each piece to give you the best idea of how it might fit.
